JESUS CENTERED SNAIL MAIL
To: a sister in Christ.
From: a sister in Christ.
In a world filled with constant notifications and noise, Dearly Beloved Mail Club invites you to pause, breathe, and remember who you are in Christ Jesus. Each letter is a whisper back to His truth and something to genuinely look forward to each month.
Dearly Beloved is a monthly snail mail club centered around Jesus. It is created to feel intentional, personal, and filled with care. My hope is that through each envelope, you experience sisterhood, encouragement, and the gentle reminder that we are walking with Him together.
Each letter is prepared prayerfully and thoughtfully, so that when it arrives in your mailbox, it feels like a moment of peace, a quiet touch of His presence, right where you are.
Inside, you’ll find:
• A heartfelt letter filled with Scripture, encouragement, and real-life reflections from me, your sister in Christ.
• A guided prayer and Scripture card to help you stay grounded in truth throughout the month.
• A “Selah” card offering a moment of pause through something simple like a journal prompt, reflection activity, word search, crossword, etc.
• A “Dearly Beloved” card, which includes a simple affirmation such as “You are loved” along with Scripture (John 3:16–17). It is created to gently share the Gospel and to serve as a reminder of how great Gods love is for us. You may choose to keep it for yourself or give it to someone who needs encouragement.
Each month has its own theme and color palette, chosen with intention so that your envelope arrives like a breath of peace among everyday mail.
There are currently two ways to join:
• A Monthly Subscription, sent to your mailbox each month.
• A 3-Month Gift Subscription, which can be used as a trial period for yourself, or gifted to a sister in Christ.
Because sometimes we need something tangible to remind us of what is eternal.
This is sisterhood.
This is Dearly Beloved Mail Club.

FAQ
Snail mail is traditional, handwritten or printed mail sent through the postal service. It’s something you can hold, read, and keep. It’s called “snail” mail because it travels more slowly than email, but that slowness is where the beauty is.
Snail mail invites anticipation. It gives you something to look forward to in your mailbox besides bills and junk mail. It’s the simple joy of knowing something thoughtful is on its way to you.
Each Dearly Beloved envelope is created with care, prayer, and intention. It is something tangible to remind you of what is eternal, to slow you down, and to help you feel seen, remembered, and encouraged in Christ.
Letters are mailed between the 25th and the last day of each month. They are sent through regular U.S. mail with a stamp, so there is no tracking number. Most letters arrive within 3 to 7 business days, depending on your local postal service.
Part of the beauty of snail mail is the anticipation. There is something sweet about waiting for something meaningful to arrive in your mailbox, instead of more bills or junk mail. Each letter is prepared with care and prayer, and it is truly something to look forward to.
If it has been longer than 14 days and you believe your letter may have been lost or delayed, please email dearlybelovedmailclub@gmail.com and I will be happy to help.
Yes, absolutely. I currently offer a 3-month gift subscription that you can purchase directly for a sister in Christ. If you would like the gift to continue longer, you can also choose the regular monthly subscription instead.
When checking out, simply enter the recipient’s name and mailing address instead of your own. The letters will be mailed directly to her each month.
Gifting this subscription is a sweet way to remind someone that she is seen, loved, and not walking alone.
At this time, Dearly Beloved Mail Club is only available within the United States. I am prayerfully hoping and believing that the Lord will make a way for international shipping in the future.
If you are outside the U.S. and would like to receive Dearly Beloved in the future, please email dearlybelovedmailclub@gmail.com and I will reach out when international shipping becomes available.
Each month’s envelope is thoughtfully curated to help you slow down, reflect, and draw nearer to Jesus.
Inside, you’ll find:
• A heartfelt letter filled with scripture, encouragement, and real-life updates from me, your sister in Christ.
• A guided prayer and scripture card to help you stay grounded in truth.
• A “Selah” completion card — a gentle pause from the noise through something simple like a word search, crossword, or journal prompt etc.
• A “Dearly Beloved” card created to share encouragement and the Gospel with someone else, or to hold on to.
Every month will feature a new theme and color palette, with thoughtful details designed to make your anticipated snail mail stand out amid your everyday mail.
Each envelope is something tangible to remind you of what is eternal — a quiet moment of connection, faith, and sisterhood delivered right to your mailbox.
This isn’t your ordinary mail club, this is THE Jesus centered mail club. I’m so glad that you’re here Dearly Beloved, and I’m excited to write to you soon.
With love,
Your sister in Christ

Your billing renewal always happens before letters are mailed, so your envelope is reserved and ready to be sent during my mailing window (the 25th through the end of the month).

Monthly Subscription
This option renews every month and sends one envelope to your mailbox each month. It is a sweet, ongoing rhythm of encouragement, Scripture, and sisterhood. This option is perfect if you want Dearly Beloved to become part of your monthly routine of drawing near to Jesus.
3-Month Gift Subscription
This is a set of three consecutive months of Dearly Beloved mail. It can be used as a trial period for yourself or gifted to a sister in Christ. It does not renew automatically. Three months allows you to settle into the rhythm, savor the experience, and see how it blesses your heart and your walk with Him.
